From Initial Consultation to Final Walkthrough
The Pre-Construction Phase is an essential phase to any project. The details that are coordinated during this phase are an indicator of project success. We slow down for this phase so that the details coordinated here can help with successful project execution.
Revisions
We work with you to answer questions and make any revisions to the scope of your project.
Contract and Deposit
Upon the finalization of the estimate, you will receive a written contract including the finalized scope of work, payment schedule, and an invoice for your initial deposit. We operate on a first come, first served basis. Once we receive your signed contract and payment of your initial deposit, we will reserve your spot on our project calendar.
Contact Us
Prior to a walkthrough in your home, we would like to hear details about your project and timeline. After an initial conversation, we schedule a walkthrough in your home to see the potential project. This allows us to meet one another, hear your desire for the space and take any relevant measurements and photos..
Detailed Estimate
We will assemble a detailed estimate for your review that includes an outline of the work we will be completing and the cost for each portion of your project. We do charge a pre-construction fee to assemble the estimate. This fee covers the time it takes to assemble project details and costs to ensure that you are getting the most accurate and useful estimate possible. If you select our company for the project, this fee will be credited back to your project costs.
Selections
Prior to the start of your project, we will reach out to coordinate the selections for any materials or final design work that needs to be decided. We will help guide the process by directing you to trusted vendors as you make these decisions.
Start Your Project
We will work diligently to complete your project as close to our estimated completion time as possible. During the course of your project, any unforeseen issues that arise will be addressed with you in a timely manner. We will also do our best to communicate the impact that these changes will have on the project cost and timeline. Any necessary "change orders" will be agreed upon in writing.
Project Completion
Upon completion of your project, you will receive the final invoice including any change orders that were agreed upon along the way. Our success is measured by our faithfulness to do great work both throughout the process and in delivering the final product. We hope you find that to be consistently true as you work with us.
