OUR PROCESS

DETAILED ESTIMATE:

We will assemble a detailed estimate for your review. This includes an outline of the work we will be completing and the cost for each portion of your project. We will also try to alert you to any areas that may need additional attention, but that cannot be seen or assessed prior to starting your project (such as framing, plumbing, or wiring inside your walls). We want to do our best to communicate clearly and limit as many surprises as we can along the way.

REVISIONS AND SELECTIONS:

We work with you to make any necessary revisions to the scope of your project so you are satisfied from the start. We will also help with any selections that are needed such as paint colors, countertops, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT:

Upon acceptance of your estimate, you will receive a contract (including the finalized scope of work) and an invoice for your initial deposit. The amount required for your deposit is based on the size of your project. We operate on a "first come, first served" basis, so once we receive your signed contract and payment of your initial deposit, we will reserve your spot on our project calendar.

START YOUR PROJECT:

We will work diligently to complete your project with skill and precision as close to our estimated completion time as possible. During the course of your project, any unforeseen issues that arise will be addressed with you in a timely manner. We will also do our best to communicate the impact that these changes will have on the project cost and timeline. Any necessary "change orders" will be agreed upon in writing.

PROJECT COMPLETION:

Upon completion of your project, you will receive your final invoice including any change orders that were agreed upon along the way.
