How long will it take
to finish my basement?
A fully finished basement project can take roughly 8-16 weeks to complete and is largely dependent on what all you hope to accomplish with your new space. We do our best to work as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption to your home.
How much does a finished basement cost?
Finishing your basement is like building an addition on your home except that it resides inside your home’s existing footprint. Much of the same work needed to build an addition on your home is needed to finish your basement space (such as framing, insulation, windows and doors, drywall, trim, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). As a result, full finished basements typically range from $40,000 to upwards of $150,000 or more.
How do you address moisture and waterproofing concerns?
We assess existing site conditions and develop a course of action dependent on conditions. Proper moisture control can take the form of waterproofing, vapor barriers, proper drainage, and/or dehumidification systems that all work to ensure the comfort of your space while protecting your investment.
